Job Description
Himawari Hotel Apartments is a prestigious five-star hotel and serviced residence located along the scenic banks of the Chaktomuk River in Phnom Penh. Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Actively seek and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned segment.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients, listen to their needs and concerns, and provide suitable accommodations.
- Collaborate closely with the Front Office team to ensure seamless payment processing and booking arrangements.
- Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints, and address special requests.
- Provide feedback on changing market conditions, competitive trends, and sales solicitation outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, online travel agencies, and corporate clients (depending on the assigned segment).
- Represent the hotel in various events and exhibitions to showcase its offerings.
- Conduct daily sales calls, arrange site inspection trips, and follow up on business leads.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Sales and marketing or a related professional area, preferably within the hotel industry for 1 year as a minimum
- Good knowledge of the various hotel market segments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales software and CRM systems, such as Opera PMS.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
