- Check the customs clearance costs and trailer costs in the sorting system, and communicate with the customs broker and truck team to confirm the costs
- Assist other colleagues in handling technical issues such as documents, order changes. customs clearance, etc.
- Assist other colleagues to deal with communication issues with shipping companies
- Coordinate payment and order exchange, and track and manage
- Track and monitor container deposits and return orders
- English - Good
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Have experience of in Logistic and Supply Chain field for 2 years
- Good command of ENGLISH (Chinese is Plus)
- Good negotiation, Communication, and interpersonal skills and problem-solving Skills
- Flexible and independent personality, good communication and networking skills
