- Marketing Executive (1 Position)
- Plan, track and manage annual marketing budget.
- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, reception, retail and corporate events
- Sourcing and securing sponsorships
- Develop marketing programmes including branding, advertising, public relation, event organization, sponsorship, marketing collaterals production, newsletter, in-mall promotions & decoration, office tenants marketing
- Lead and project manage all marketing activities (including digital/ social media marketing, Brand advertisements, collateral productions, event management & set up)
- Souring advertising opportunities and provide recommendations to effective distribution channels
- Managing the production of all marketing materials, including leaflets, brochures, e-newsletter, hoarding, advertising artwork
- Manage company websites, digital marketing initiatives and SEO efforts
- Writing and proofreading copy
- Support the commercial leasing team in the marketing of Exchange Square
- Liaise and develop working relationships with a range of stakeholders including customers, regional and local colleagues, suppliers and marketing agency
- Research and regular monitoring of competitors’ marketing strategies
- Assist in the preparation of purchase request forms, request for proposal, related procurement documentations and administrative work in accordance to company policy
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good communication in Khmer and English.
- Self-motivated proactive and dynamic.
- Good organisation and planning skills.
- Strong in creativity.
- Computer proficiency in Ms. Office and Outlook.
