Hope for the Silent Voices is entering a defining new season—and we are searching for an exceptional Country Director to help lead it.
Founded in 2007, Hope for the Silent Voices exists to combat the exploitation and vulnerability of children. Through residential care, education, sponsorship, mentoring, and community-based support, we work to ensure that vulnerable children are not defined by their circumstances but are protected, known, equipped, and given genuine opportunities to pursue their dreams.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Has substantial senior-leadership experience within Cambodia’s NGO, education, child-development, or social-impact sector.
- Understands the Cambodian government environment and can confidently manage regulatory compliance, official reporting, NGO registration, and ministry relationships.
- Has significant experience working with children, young people, families, education, or child-protection programs.
- Inspires and unites people around a compelling mission and shared goals.
- Builds meaningful relationships with government, businesses, schools, churches, NGOs, donors, and community leaders.
- Embraces creativity and continually looks for better ways to serve children.
- Takes pride in helping children discover their abilities, enlarge their sense of possibility, and pursue their highest potential.
- Leads the team collectively while developing each employee as a person, teammate, leader, and contributor.
- Brings positive energy into the workplace and elevates the performance and confidence of others.
- Establishes clear expectations, measurable goals, personal responsibility, and consistent follow-through.
- Communicates proactively, clearly, respectfully, and confidently with Cambodian and international stakeholders.
- Leads from the front and models the integrity, discipline, initiative, humility, and work ethic expected from others.

- Is a committed reader, learner, and goal-setter who actively seeks personal and professional growth.
