- Procurement Management
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, tendering, supplier selection, contracting, purchasing, and payment follow-up.
- Monitor procurement planning and ensure timely implementation of procurement activities.
- Maintain supplier databases, framework agreements, and supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement documentation is complete and properly archived in the LINK system.
- Support users of the LINK procurement platform and ensure compliance with HI procurement procedures.
- Facility and Asset Management
- Ensure HI offices and accommodations are safe, secure, and well maintained.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, cleaning services, and facility contracts.
- Manage equipment and asset inventories, including physical verification and disposal processes.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure accurate asset records.
- General Logistics Support
- Coordinate travel bookings and office support services.
- Monitor office supplies and stationery stock.
- Prepare logistics reports and monitoring tools.
- Support logistics audits and implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness and response activities when required.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, or facility administration in NGOs and Community Development for 3 to 5 years is required
- Working with an international NGO, UN agency, or donor-funded programme in NGOs and Community Development for 3 to 5 years is preferred
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier management, and contract administration.
- Good understanding of logistics planning, asset management, and facility management.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
