We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Find new orders and buyers.
  • Achieve ongoing polybag sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare quotations and samples.
  • Schedule production and delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
  • Follow up with customers about orders and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Collect payments.
  • Prepare sales work plans.
  • Understand the production flow and have knowledge of plastic formulas and raw materials.
  • Develop a sales plan, lead, and deliver sales targets.
  • Be able to solve any issues that arise among teams.
  • Work with the purchaser to restock main raw materials.
  • Prepare regular weekly and monthly sales reports.
