Job Description
As part of our continued development and expansion, we are seeking qualified and experienced professional to join our team as:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor student attendance, behavior, and wellbeing indicators and follow up when concerns arise
- Assist in supporting students experiencing academic difficulties, behavioral concerns, or personal challenges
- Coordinate with teachers to implement student support or intervention plans
- Communicate with parents regarding student wellbeing, attendance, or support needs
- Support counseling and guidance programs for students requiring additional assistance
- Maintain student support records, incident reports, and follow-up documentation
- Assist in coordinating meetings involving students, parents, and teachers when support interventions are required
- Support implementation of student wellbeing initiatives and awareness programs
- Assist with student orientation, transition support, and engagement activities
- Coordinate referrals to internal or external support services when necessary
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with students in schools or youth programs for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Understanding of student wellbeing, pastoral care, and student support practices
- Experience coordinating student support programs or interventions is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with students and parents
- Ability to manage confidential student information with professionalism
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills
