Job Description

ICC Children’s Care Cambodia is a residential care project located approximately three hours from Phnom Penh. The project aims to provide a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Children live in family-style homes with a dedicated “mum and dad” and around 12 “brothers and sisters.” Each home operates as a family unit where children and caregivers share daily chores, cook and eat together, and worship together.

The children in our care come from vulnerable backgrounds, including orphanhood, abandonment, domestic violence, neglect, or parents unable to provide care due to mental illness. ICC Children’s Care Cambodia is committed to providing each child with a pathway to a brighter and more hopeful future. Many children continue to consider the center their home and later return to work with us, caring for the next generation.
