We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Lead Sound for Services & Events
- Operate digital mixers to mix sound for events.
- Manage and coordinate a team or volunteers for sound system setup and operation.
- Conduct sound checks to ensure proper functioning of microphones, instruments, and equipment.
- Record Services & Worship
- Record sermons and worship sessions for sharing on social media and other platforms.
- Enhance recording quality using studio tools for clean and professional sound.
- Teach & Train the Team
- Train and mentor volunteers in using sound equipment, mixing live sound, and recording.
- Provide feedback to help team members improve their technical skills and confidence.
- Manage Equipment & Maintenance
- Set up, connect, and troubleshoot audio equipment, including wireless systems and stage-snake boxes.
- Maintain, repair, and organize sound equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Properly store and organize gear for easy access and longevity.
- Lead & Organize the Team
- Schedule and coordinate the sound team for events and services.
- Lead with patience, encouragement, and kindness to foster teamwork and skill development.
- Sound Mixing Skills: Proficiency with digital mixers.
- Recording Knowledge: Experience with music/sermon recording and tools like LogicPro X or similar software.
- Live Sound Experience: Expertise in mixing live sound and managing technical aspects (e.g., balancing mics and instruments).
- Technical Equipment Knowledge: Familiarity with digital sound systems, In-Ear Monitoring, wireless microphones, and stage-snake boxes.
- Teaching & Leadership Skills: Ability to teach, provide constructive feedback, and guide team improvement effectively.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using recording/editing software (e.g., LogicPro X) and presentation tools like ProPresenter 7.
- Problem-Solving: Capability to quickly address and resolve technical issues during events.
