- Provide counselling services on study and visa applications to clients
- Provide general administrative support to the Study Abroad Resource Centre
- Ensure that all clients are professionally served, and a feedback system is effectively implemented
- Participate in the development and implementation of promotion campaigns and branding strategies
- Assist in event management (e.g. Study Abroad Expos)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Previous related experience is highly preferred
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Good organizational ability, customer service skills, and communication skills
- Strong commitment to professional integrity and ethical conduct
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
