Job Description
IL NODO Design is the social business of Il Nodo NGO, producing and selling high quality silver jewelry in Cambodia and worldwide.
- Customer Services
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- The assistant will work with the management and the administration to market and sell jewelry products to clients:
- Keep stock inventory always updated.
- Visit and service hotels and shops who sell the products.
- Sell at IL NODO office to visitors and tourist groups.
- Keep records of shops/customer communications.
Job Requirements
- Skills and Competencies:
- Trust word and honest
- Willingness to learn & have initiative
- Act professionally at all times
- Good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
- Good listening skills
- Good problem analysis and problem-solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Wear uniform and have good hygiene
- Education and Experience:
- Good English.
- Computer skills: ability to use Word, Excel, Internet and e-mail.
