Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records through regular checks, audits, and reconciliation.
- Receiving and Dispatching: Manage the receipt of incoming goods, inspection, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Inventory Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover and minimize excess stock.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products in the inventory meet quality standards and are stored properly.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and discrepancies for management review.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an Inventory Controller or similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording inventory data.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders.
- Certification in inventory management (e.g., CPIM) would be a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address inventory issues promptly.
