Job Description

We are a newly established foreign-invested company in Cambodia specializing in inspection, testing, and certification services. As a small but fast-growing team, we are looking for a trustworthy and multi-skilled Accountant cum HR Officer who can support both accounting tasks and basic HR responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Accounting & Tax:
  • Record daily expenses, payments, and basic bookkeeping
  • Organize and file invoices, receipts, and financial documents
  • Coordinate with external accountant or tax agents for monthly filings
  • Assist in preparation for tax reporting and other compliance tasks
  • Human Resources:
  • Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and manage leave tracking
  • Draft simple contracts, HR letters, and internal policies
  • Support with monthly payroll coordination
  • Office Administration (as needed):
  • Handle office supply purchases and vendor coordination
  • Organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Support with any general administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
  • Female, Cambodian national
  • Honest and reliable
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, admin, or HR roles
  • Familiar with Cambodian tax process and labor law is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
