The Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) is a Cambodian non-for-profit research institution established in 1953, IPC is today a scientific research establishment declared of public utility placed under the high patronage of the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Cambodia and under the responsibility of the Institute Pasteur on the scientific and technical levels. The IPC is a member of the Pasteur Network, which brings together 33 institutes present on five continents. It shares the Pasteurian values and the ethical charter to which the Pasteur Institutes are bound. The IPC has more than 300 employees, including about 30 expatriates of 22 nationalities and includes 6 research units. It carries out research activities in health biology, public health and service activities (Medical Biology Laboratory, vaccinations and water and food analyses) and training.
The lnstitut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) is recruiting one full time for an Accounting Assistant in charge of NSSF account to reinforce the Accounting Service.
- Accounting Assistant
- Check all NSSF documents with daily report from our Lab management system (DG Lab)
- Complete NSSF’s patients related claim amount into NSSF system (HSPIS)
- Export monthly patient list from NSSF system to verify with the listing in DG Lab (grouping by civil servants, employees, self-employees), scanning and indexing into digital systems
- Issue invoice and book into our ERP system (MS Dynamics)
- Upload invoice into NSSF system (HSPIS & Mate Pad) to process and verify member claim
- Follow-up payment and reconcile aging report
- Perform other duties, as assigned by the department.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related studies (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Accounting or finance experience is an advantage, ideally with client account management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (MS Dynamics preferred) and financial reporting.
- Experience working with NSSF systems (HSPIS, Mate Pad) is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Service oriented mindset with ability to liaise with NSSF and internal stakeholders.
- Confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial information.
- Proficiency in Khmer (required) and working knowledge of English and/or French.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook; scanning/indexing digital systems).
- Personal Attributes
- Reliable and responsible, with the ability to work independently.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Strong sense of initiative and willingness to learn.
