Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Translation (KH to ENG & ENG to KH), (CH to EN & EN to CH) and (VN to EN &EN to VN) to patients and doctors during consultation (verbal). Supervise the general daily patients’ flow upon check-in, during consultation, after consultation to therapy and flow of next patient in consequence, to ensure smooth patients experience, and avoiding unnecessary delays.
- Written translation as per necessary for preparation of event or marketing collaterals, internal policies or regulations to ministries etc.
- Focusing on patients creation for Chinese and Vietnamese segments ie sales + some company outreach (Chinese companies/network). [You will be trained down/provided with the necessary support].
- Patient building efforts via specific events for Chinese patients prospects, and Vietnamese clients [You will be trained down/provided with the necessary support].
- Translation & other Support in events on PH and Weekends: In the occasion of events during PH and/or weekends, your participation is compulsory and at no additional overtime pay due to the seniority of your role.
- Administration duties to cover which could be defined further such as data analytics (patient retention data retrieving, doctors- patients universe data, loss patients data retrieval).
- Efforts onto marketing link ups, marketing planning with the assigned lead of ICC. Supervise the daily operations of deployed team members during events of ICC.
- Creation of Social Media calendar that include the below:
- a. Plan and prepare 3 topics and video selection for production on the clinic’s focus and themes in terms of educational awareness
- b. Produce and add the subtitles to be included in the educational video or posts
- c. Prepare also the thematic calendar designs for the clinic throughout the year such as Khmer New Year, International Women’s Day, to name a few.
- d. Ensure that the Production team and clinic social media team are in line for every month and output and set up monthly meetings with agenda and the minutes monthly to all stakeholders involved..
- e. Coordinate with relevant departments such as Front Desk, where some offtake or traction is concerned coming off from certain posts or educational videos
- f. Responding to the social media channels enquiries on time (no more than 24 hours) and in a professional manner using what is provided in terms of scripting by the clinic.
- Other duties may be required of the role, from time to time
