Established in 1951, IOM is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners. - Assess the capacity of IOM protection team and IPs in case management
- Review existing case management practices. Develop case management SoPs, and revise intake forms, consent form, case tracking systems, data protection protocols and ensure alignment with global standards
- Led case conferences and provide ongoing technical support and mentorship to IOM staff and IPs to ensure quality and ethical case management.
- Support in strengthening referral mechanisms with IOM Ips and key stakeholders
- Lead the development and delivery of capacity-building initiatives for IOM team and its partners on case management
- Develop and disseminate guidance notes, training materials, and documentation of best practices to support continuous learning and institutional memory
- Ensure ethical management and confidentiality of case management related data through training, supervision, and adherence to data protection protocols.
- Prepare and contribute to reports, briefings, and background notes on protection related activities for internal use, donors, and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
- English - Fluent is required
- Master's Degree in Humanitarian Affairs, Political Science, Law, Human Rights, Development Studies Psychology and Social Science or a related field from an accredited academic institution.
- Extensive experience in developing and contextualizing case management SoPs, tools and technical guidance
- Extensive experience in developing training materials, and deliver case management trainings
- Experience in counter-trafficking case management, GBV, child protection, AVRR especially provision of support to returnees
- Experience in the usage of MiMOSA, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and data analysis
- Experience in liaising with governmental authorities, other national/international institutions and NGOs and local actors
- Experience in working in similar roles in the region is strong asset
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is required; Working knowledge of Khmer is an added Value
