- Oversee school-wide health services, supervise nursing staff, develop policies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide first aid, manage medical emergencies, conduct health screenings, and develop individualized health plans for students.
- Implement health education, wellness programs, vaccination tracking, and collaborate with staff, parents, and local health resources.
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent (Registered Nurse (RN) minimum) as a minimum
- Public health experience with references for 5 years as a minimum
- Experience with child and adolescent health, school health, or community health - preferred
- Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse in country of origin (expat only) is preferred. Candidates selected for the role will be required to obtain and submit an active nursing license and registration in Cambodia upon offer.
- Graduate of an accredited program of nursing such as specialist community public health nurses (SCPHN - SN) - transcripts required
- All nurses must abide by the Cambodian government's Code of Ethics for Nurses as well as other related laws and regulations
- Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency and accuracy in English (oral and written)
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Adept with technology platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and the use of spreadsheets
