Job Description
Interwoven is a boutique clothing atelier based in Phnom Penh. We design and produce small-batch and custom garments using locally sourced fabrics and skilled Cambodian craftsmanship. Our work blends contemporary design with traditional textile heritage, serving clients who value quality, individuality, and story-driven fashion. As a small but growing studio, we operate with close collaboration, hands-on production, and a commitment to thoughtful making.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Shop & Production Operations
- Manage daily atelier workflow; serve as the coordination bridge between tailors, pattern cutters, and atelier staff to ensure smooth production flow; assign tasks and schedules; track production timelines; oversee quality control; monitor stock and materials inventory; liaise with fabric and supply partners.
- Order & Client Management
- Oversee client appointments and fittings; track orders from measurement to delivery; maintain client communication; resolve service issues; maintain organized client records.
- Retail & Brand Support
- Maintain boutique presentation standards; support in-store experiences, events, and brand activations.
- Process Building
- Document studio procedures; introduce simple systems for tracking orders, schedules, and inventory; identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements.
- Founder Support (Right-Hand Function)
- Translate creative direction into operational action; anticipate and resolve issues; act as day-to-day decision point when the founder is unavailable; ensure smooth daily business flow.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer
- English
- Ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
- Ability to build simple operational systems
- English + Khmer communication
- Experience with garment production, retail, or tailoring workflows
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- High independence and ability to execute without oversight
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Clear client-facing communication
- Trustworthy and kind
