Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist with managing IPS Cambodia’s social media channels.
- Schedule and publish property listings, videos, articles, campaigns, and other content.
- Support content planning and maintain the social media content calendar.
- Write and adapt captions for different social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement and coordinate responses when required.
- Assist with distributing content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with content writers, designers, videographers, and property consultants to prepare social media materials.
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
- Assist with tracking post performance, engagement, reach, and other basic social media metrics.
- Conduct basic competitor and social media research.
- Help maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital channels.
- Support digital campaigns, company events, property launches, and other marketing activities.
- Assist the Marketing team with daily operational tasks.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Good is required
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms.
- Basic social media content planning and publishing skills.
- Basic copywriting and caption-writing ability.
- Basic familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram.
- Basic understanding of social media engagement and analytics.
- Basic familiarity with Meta Business Suite or similar social media management tools is an advantage.
- Basic Canva or graphic design skills are an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and short-form content.
- Creative and enthusiastic about social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written communication skills.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting content.
- Curious about digital trends and audience behaviour.
- Responsible and consistent when handling company social media channels.
