Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist with filming property tours, promotional videos, interviews, events, and social media content.
- Support video production for residential and commercial properties, condominium projects, and company activities.
- Assist with camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment setup.
- Capture high-quality video footage according to creative briefs and content requirements.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with basic colour correction, audio editing, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects.
- Organise and manage video footage and other digital assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, design, and sales teams on creative projects.
- Stay updated on social media video trends, filming techniques, and editing styles.
- Support photography and other multimedia production when required.
- Assist with daily marketing and content production activities.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Good is required
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Basic knowledge of camera operation and video production.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Understanding of vertical and horizontal video formats.
- Familiarity with social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Basic photography skills are an advantage.
- Ability to organise and manage video files and digital assets.
- Interest in visual storytelling and creative content production.
- Creative and visually minded.
- Eager to learn and improve.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive and responsible.
- Able to follow creative direction and feedback.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Adaptable and comfortable working both in the office and on location.
- Interested in social media, video trends, and digital content.
