To strengthen our Sales & Admissions process and provide an even better experience for students and parents, we are looking for motivated candidates to join our friendly team. You will work with supportive colleagues, clear processes, and professional guidance to help you grow and succeed.
- Sales and student enrollment
- Target planning & performance control
- Team leadership, as well as training & onboarding of sales team
- Quality and customer service
- CRM and reporting
- Work with other departments
- Sales experience (education/training is a plus).
- Experience leading a small team is preferred.
- Strong follow-up skills and comfortable with targets.
- Can use online CRM systems or Excel to track leads and results.
- English and Khmer languages, confident PC user
- Service-minded: polite, clear communication, and helpful attitude.
