Job Description
IT Academy STEP Cambodia is a branch of an international training centre and an accredited institute providing international quality education in IT field.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage educational programs to ensure delivering high quality learning experiences for students, staff and faculty
- Ensure that the institute operates in accordance with standards for educational quality and safety
- Monitor, evaluate and continually improve program offerings and curriculum
- Develop and oversee the selection, management and training of instructors
- Plan groups and schedules, and oversee the delivery of the trainings
- Report on the performance of trainers and students, monitor attendance and progress
- Manage educational team and monitor performance and the quality of the educational process
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure execution of organizational objectives
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or Education
- Strong organizational, management and planning skills
- Good English and native Khmer
- Strong PC user skills
- Friendly, innovatively thinking and pro-active personality, interest in education
