Job Description
IT Academy STEP Cambodia is a branch of the largest international training institution operating in 20 countries around the world. STEP is an officially accredited institute by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport in Cambodia, offering associate degree programs, short courses, and training programs for corporate clients.
Our mission is to be the best training institution in Cambodia, providing quality education that meets market demands and guaranteeing well-paid jobs for our graduates.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Respond to inquiries on both offline (Walk-In) and online (social media, phone calls)
- Managing and communicating with customers in the CRM system.
- Promote our programs and courses
- Support students’ registration
- Assist daily office operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field is preferred
- Sales or customer service experience at least for 1 year is preferred
- Strong English & native Khmer
- Confident PC skills (Word, Excel, Internet, Google Doc, Spreadsheet, …)
- Proactive, flexible, friendly, open-minded, and eager to grow
- Interest in technology
