Job Description

IT Academy STEP Cambodia is a branch of the largest international training institution operating in 20 countries around the world. STEP is an officially accredited institute by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport in Cambodia, offering associate degree programs, short courses, and training programs for corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Respond to inquiries offline (walk-in visitors) and online (social media and phone calls).
  • Manage and communicate with customers in the CRM system.
  • Promote STEP programs and courses.
  • Support student registration.
  • Assist daily office operations and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • Khmer - Good
  • English - Good
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Undergraduate Degree
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Comfortable using social media and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, messaging apps).
  • Strong interest in customer service and education.
Soft Skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Able to work a flexible timeframe and stand for extended periods.
  • Polite, service-minded, and confident when talking with people.
  • Reliable, honest, and punctual.
