Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Support the homeroom teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons and activities.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and classroom resources.
- Supervise students during class time, outdoor play, meals, and other activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Monitor student behavior and encourage positive interactions and cooperation.
- Help with classroom management and transitions between activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Support students with hygiene, toileting, and other personal care needs as appropriate.
- Communicate professionally with parents when needed, under the guidance of the homeroom teacher.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for all children.
- Help with tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the lead teacher or school management.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Good is required
- High School Diploma as a minimum
- Prior experience working with young children is an advant
- Good English (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff, and to follow guidance from supervisors.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Patient, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in supporting children’s learning and development.
