Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of HR experience, including 2 years in an HR Manager or similar role.
- Highly committed and enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional employee experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, time management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Cambodian labor laws, best practices, and compliance.
- Due to work quota limitations, only local candidates are preferred.
