Job Description
Founded in 2019, KFK Cambodia is a rapidly expanding food and beverage (F&B) company operating multiple restaurant brands across Cambodia. Starting with our flagship brand, Kungfu Kitchen, we have grown to manage five distinctive F&B brands with over 29 outlets as of 2025. As we continue to scale, we are seeking skilled and data-driven Business Analysts to join our dynamic team and support our strategic growth.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Review supplier invoices to verify accuracy prior to payment, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved in a timely manner
- Assist in enhancing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold financial accuracy and minimize risk of error or fraud
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities and conduct ongoing monitoring of budget versus actual performance
- Analyze key business data, including sales, costs, and customer metric, to generate actionable insights that enhance profitability and operational performance
- Work collaboratively with store managers, finance, and operations teams to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement using data analytics tools
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or other related fields
- Experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, data analysis, business intelligence or other related fields is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights
- High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Business-level proficiency in Khmer and English
