Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage daily operations and assign tasks.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Ensure production targets are met on time.
- Check proper use of workers, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure staff follow SOPs, safety rules, and company policies.
- Monitor product quality and solve problems with QC/QA.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Train and support employees.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Keep the workplace clean, safe, and organized.
- Support improvement and cost reduction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent is required
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Factory in Manufacturing for 2 to 3 years is required
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
- 2–3 years of operations or production experience preferred.
- Factory experience is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of safety and operations.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
