Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers (retailers, wholesalers /GT outlets).
  • Identify and open new customer accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure proper product distribution, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Execute trade promotions and in-store marketing activities.
  • Collect market information, competitor activities, and pricing updates.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Work History:
  • At least of experience in FMCG sales or distribution for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Good knowledge of assigned sales territory.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Honest, hardworking, and self-motivated.
