Job Description
Kingdom Beverages Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our beer portfolio across draft (on-premise outlets) and modern trade channels in Phnom Penh.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive sales growth across:
- Draft/on-premise outlets (bars, pubs, restaurants, hotels, clubs)
- Modern trade (supermarkets, convenience stores, retail chains)
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new accounts while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Manage draft installations and ensure quality execution and visibility in outlets.
- Secure product listings, shelf space, and promotional activities in modern trade.
- Execute pricing strategies, promotions, and trade agreements.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights.
- Work closely with marketing, distribution, and operations teams
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree
- Beer or alcoholic beverage sales for 5 years as a minimum
- Strong knowledge of Phnom Penh's on-premise and retail landscape.
- Proven track record in handling draft beer systems and/or modern trade accounts.
- Existing network with bar owners, distributors, and retail buyers is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
