Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Campaign and Activation Support: Assist in rolling out marketing initiatives and promotions across digital, trade, and on-ground channels.
- Project Coordination: Help manage marketing tasks and timelines, ensuring alignment between Marketing, Sales, Creative teams and external suppliers.
- On-Ground Event Execution: Act as the lead during outlet activations, roadshows, and similar events, ensuring setup, branding, and execution run according to plan.
- Reporting and Feedback: Ensure activation KPIs are met. Gather updates, photos, and results from campaigns and activations. Provide timely feedback to improve future planning.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, events & exhibitions, or brand support (internship experience is acceptable) for 1 year
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in Khmer and English
- Strong project management skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with checklists and timelines
- Proactive and reliable, especially when coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Willing to travel locally for outlet visits and event supervision
- Comfortable working in the alcohol industry while upholding responsible marketing practices
