Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Handle legal matters and cases.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents.
- Provide legal advice to clients.
- Conduct advanced legal research and analysis.
- Supervise, guide, and train junior associates and legal assistants within the team.
- Contribute to business development by preparing client pitches, proposals, and thought leadership materials.
- Support partners in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality legal services.
Job Requirements
Languages:
- English - Fluent
- Chinese - Simplified is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Laws (LL.B.) or higher degree from a recognized university (admission to the Bar is preferred).
- Experience in legal practices preferably with a top-tier law firm or international practice for 5 years as a minimum
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in another language, such as Chinese, is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
