Kirirom Food Production (K.F.P) Co., Ltd. is a leading Khmer-owned enterprise established in 2013, committed to reducing food waste and improving farmers’ livelihoods through sustainable practices, specializing in dried mangoes.
Building on a decade of processing and export success, KFP is developing the Fruit Industrial Park (FIP): an 85-hectare agro-industrial zone in Kampong Speu province. The FIP is a strategic initiative designed to significantly reduce post-harvest losses, enhance value addition, and improve market access for Cambodian fruits.
KFP is seeking a highly qualified Project Coordinator to lead the end-to-end management and successful execution of the FIP development from inception through operationalization.
- Task 1: Feasibility Study of the Fruit Industrial Park and Cold Chain facility service
- Coordinate key stakeholders, including the consulting firm and project partner, and manage a comprehensive project feasibility study. This includes precise assessments of market viability, infrastructure needs, environmental impact, and financial projections.
- Monitor, ensure quality, and provide critical inputs into the feasibility process.
- Establish and manage detailed project objectives, scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with KFP’s strategic goals.
- Task 2: Business Attraction & Operationalization
- Develop and execute a strategic, data-driven business attraction plan targeting anchor tenants in agro-processing, logistics, and cold chain services, upon the confirmation of feasibility is viable.
- Lead negotiations with prospective domestic and foreign investors, securing long-term tenant agreements.
- Facilitate seamless business setup and administrative processes for all incoming tenants.
- Establish efficient and sustainable operational procedures and management systems for the newly commissioned industrial park.
- Task 3: Project Management & Reporting
- Work closely with key stakeholders to manage the timely and act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including government bodies, consultants, contractors, and potential tenants.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports with consultation with the management team.
- Fulfill other essential strategic and administrative tasks assigned by the management team.
