Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Collect and enter property information into the database
  • Update market data including rental rates, sales prices, and occupancy information
  • Prepare/ open file before site inspection
  • Assist valuation team onsite inspection
  • Printing and binding valuation report
  • Close valuation files after the report are finalized
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Director
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate in related fields
  • Able to use Google Maps for navigation and travel independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Soft Skills
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure and tight deadlines
