Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and implement the effectiveness of activities flow, workflow, and standard operation procedure (SOP).
- Monitor progress toward KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and local opportunities to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and legal regulations.
- Sales & Marketing Management
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies targeting contractors, projects, and retail customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to monitor performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and increase sales volume and margin.
- Support the sales team in managing overdue A/R and improving collection rates.
- Financial Management & A/R Control
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting in coordination with the accounting team.
- Monitor accounts receivable and personally support the collection of overdue debts.
- Ensure spending and operational costs remain within approved budgets.
- Purchase & Inventory Oversight
- Review and approve purchase orders in alignment with sales forecasts and stock requirements.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and ensure procurement efficiency.
- Oversee stock control and ensure inventory accuracy and turnover efficiency.
- Operations, Logistics & Delivery
- Ensure efficient logistics, delivery planning, and vehicle maintenance control.
- Supervise delivery operations for timely and cost-effective product distribution.
- Improve space utilization and reduce operational waste and delays.
- Team Management & HR Support
- Lead, motivate, and evaluate department heads and staff across all functions.
- Reduce turnover by fostering a positive work culture, coaching, and development.
- Identify training needs and enforce HR policies, discipline, and performance standards.
- Administration & Reporting
- Ensure timely submission of internal reports, compliance documents, and audit materials.
- Submit monthly performance, sales, and finance reports to the CEO and Board.
- Maintain accurate records for decision-making and accountability.
- Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CEO or Board of Directors.
- Key Deliverables / Outputs
- Achievement of sales, profit, and A/R collection targets
- Effective team leadership and departmental coordination
- High inventory accuracy and supplier efficiency
- Reduced overhead and increased operational productivity
- Excellent customer service and client retention
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in in business administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Senior leadership in construction materials, trading, or logistics for 3 years as a minimum
- Strategic planning and business development

- Team leadership and organizational development
