Job Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Collect data and consolidate it on a regular basis, and maintaining its availability for team
  • Assist relevant team in implementing a systematic monitoring in order to collect quantitative and qualitative data to assess the achievement of programs.
  • Manage and improve database system of project/program (OSCaR, tracking tool…)
  • Ensure the dissemination of the assessment/evaluations results with relevant team
  • Assist to conduct assessment/study/review for projects/programs
  • Maintain and update templates of activity reports in order to improve the collection and the consolidation of data
  • Other tasks as requested by supervisor
Job Requirements
Languages:
  • English
  • French is preferred
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant disciplines such as Sociology, Social work, Education or equivalent combination of Social Science management and proven work experience.
Work History:
  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation preferably linked to social work and/or education for 2 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills
  • Be able in spoken and written English are mandatory (French is an asset)
  • Be good at computer skills of office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, etc.) and of OSCaR system are necessary, knowledge on SPSS is an asset.
  • Be good at organization skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and a demonstrated experience in managing data.
Soft Skills
  • Be able in spoken and written English are mandatory (French is an asset)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, team spirit and flexibility
  • Honest with strong ethical values, sense of responsibility and demonstrated accountability
  • Commitment to work as a team
  • Mobility in order to ensure visits of our projects in Phnom Penh and in provinces
  • Car or Motor driving skills an asset (optional for People with Disabilities).
