Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Drive Staff: Safely take staffs to appointments, events, and airports
- Maintain Vehicle: Keep the car clean, fueled, and in good condition. Report any issues.
- Help Staffs: Assist Staffs with getting in and out of the car and with material
- Keep Information Private: Respect staffs' privacy and keep their travel plans confidential
- Manage Schedule: Be available for last-minute requests and changes
- Follow Safety Rules: Obey traffic laws and ensure everyone's safety.
- Handle Emergencies. Be ready to deal with breakdowns or emergencies
- Discretion: Keep client information private.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Previous driving experience is a plus.
- License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Skills: Good navigation, communication, and people skills
- Dependability: Be on time and responsible
- High school graduated
- Minimum 2 year employed in a similar position
- Can Speak English
- Be able to work in the team and individually
