Job Description
La Plantation, founded in 2013, specializes in the production of Kampot pepper and spices in Cambodia. As an innovative leader in its sector, it offers more than 80 products, exported to over 50 countries. The marketing department at La Plantation plays a crucial role in the company's growth strategy and visibility. La Plantation is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support daily operations, participate in marketing projects, and contribute to sales growth.
- Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Social media management: Animate and moderate accounts (Telegram, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Google, etc.), create engaging content, and plan the editorial calendar.
- Digital content creation: Write blog articles, newsletters, product sheets, and visuals.
- Advertising campaigns: Participate in the creation and monitoring of campaigns (Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Competitive and industry monitoring: Analyze trends, conduct benchmarking, and make recommendations to improve our digital presence.
- Support for marketing actions: Participate in the organization of events (online or in-person), trade shows, special promotions, etc.
Job Requirements
- Higher education in digital marketing, communication, or equivalent.
- Initial experience (internship or job) in digital marketing appreciated.
- Proficiency in social media, content creation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and writing skills in Khmer and English.
- Creativity, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit.
- Interest in our project, our products, and Cambodian culture.
