Khmer Water Supply Holding (“KWSH”) is a private water utility operator committed to expanding access to clean and affordable piped water across rural Cambodia. The company acquires and manages piped water stations in which we introduce our expertise to standardize operations, improve water quality, and build new infrastructure to connect more households. The company is now a key player in the sector, operating five stations with >30,000 connections consuming 4 billion liters of water in 2025. In 2024, the Ministry of Industry recognized KWSH as operating the top two large scale stations and top two medium scale stations in the country.
We are launching a new 39km pipeline expansion project at Pouk Station to cover ~900 new households. We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer to lead on-site execution of the project, including supervision of workers and contractors and day-to-day oversight of construction progress to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with technical standards.
This role is initially project-based, with an expected duration of approximately six months, and the opportunity to transition into a long-term role at head office subject to performance and business needs.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our Chief Technical Officer for project execution, including:
- Prepare and maintain the project workplan and construction schedule.
- Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 workers for new pipeline installation works.
- Report regularly to the CTO on progress against the approved workplan.
- Update pipeline and household mapping throughout the expansion project.
- Conduct materials surveys and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for procurement.
- Other work as required by CTO
- English is preferred
- Experience in engineering roles (preference for hydraulics, water resources, civil engineering, or related fields) for 2 years as a minimum
- Familiarity with CAD/GIS/QGIS mapping and basic water utility design & asset management tools.

- Good budgeting awareness, time management, and organizational skills.
- English speaking ability preferred but not required.
