- រៀបចំធ្វើផែនការប្រាក់បញ្ញើសន្សំប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ដាក់ជូននាយក/នាយិកាសាខា។
- ធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផលប្រាក់បញ្ញើរបស់ អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- កំណត់អតិថិជនសក្តានុពលទាំងបុគ្គល និងស្ថាប័ន បង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនង បញ្ចុះបញ្ចូល និងពន្យល់ពីផលិតផល-សេវាកម្មរបស់ អិលអូអិលស៊ី ជាពិសេសទាក់ទាញអតិថិជន ឪ្យមកប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលប្រាក់បញ្ញើសន្សំជាមួយ អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- រក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយអតិថិជន និងទាក់ទាញអតិថិជនមកដាក់ប្រាក់បញ្ញើនៅ អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- ជួយសម្របសម្រួលអតិថិជន ករណីមានតម្រូវការក្នុងការបើកគណនី ឬធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការប្រាក់បញ្ញើសន្សំ និងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុផ្សេងទៀត។ រៀបចំ និងគ្រប់គ្រងរាល់ព័ត៌មានអតិថិជនពិសេស VIP ដែលកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលប្រាក់បញ្ញើសន្សំ និង សេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដូចជា៖ ឈ្មោះ មុខរបរ អាសយដ្ឋាន លេខទូរសព្ទ អ៊ីមែល។ល។ ដើម្បីបង្កើនទំនាក់ទំនង ជាមួយពួកគាត់ជាពិសេសបន្ថែមទៀត។
- កំពុងសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ ឬ សញ្ញាបត្រប្រហាក់ប្រហែល បញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រនឹងផ្តល់អាទិភាព។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងតិច១ឆ្នាំជាមន្រ្តីប្រាក់បញ្ញើសន្សំជាមួយគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុឬធនាគារជាការគាប់ប្រសើរ។
- មានការយល់ដឹងពីទស្សនវិស័យ បេសកកម្ម និងគុណតំលៃរបស់ អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- មានជំនាញល្អក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនង ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ លក់ និងជាអ្នកផ្តល់យោបល់(ស្ទាត់ជំនាញ ក្នុងការនិយាយ និងសរសេរជាភាសាខ្មែរ អាចនិយាយ និងសរសេរជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស កាន់តែប្រសើរ)។
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា។
- ខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងធ្វើការ និងអាចធ្វើការក្រោមសម្ពាធការងារ។
