- មន្រ្តីឥណទាន
- ធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយផលិតផលរបស់អិលអូអិលស៊ីទៅកាន់អតិថិជន និងបើកតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការភូមិថ្មី។
- គ្រប់គ្រង ថែរក្សាអតិថិជនដែលមានស្រាប់ និងជ្រើសរើសអតិថិជនថ្មី។
- សិក្សាវាយតម្លៃពាក្យស្នើសុំកម្ចីពីអតិថិជន។
- គ្រប់គ្រងផលបត្រឥណទានឱ្យមានគុណភាពល្អ។
- ពិនិត្យជាប្រចាំពីការប្រើប្រាស់កម្ចី ការសងត្រឡប់ និងធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំថ្ងៃ/ខែ/ឆ្នាំ។
- យ៉ាងហោចណាស់មានសញ្ញាបត្រទុតិយភូមិ(បាក់ឌុប) ឬ កំពុងសិក្សាថ្នាក់មហាវិទ្យាល័យគ្រប់ផ្នែក ។
- មានចំណេះដឹង ទាក់ទងទៅនឹងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង ប្រាក់កម្ចីជាមួយស្ថាប័នមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ ថុនឹងផ្តល់អាទិភាព។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកលក់ ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងស្រាវជ្រាវទីផ្សារកាន់តែប្រសើរ។
- ផ្តល់អាទិភាពដល់បេក្ខជន/នារីដែលមានទីលំ នៅក្នុងតំបន់ប្រតិបត្តិការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិក ខាងលើរបស់អិលអូអិលស៊ី។

អិលអូអិលស៊ី (ខេមបូឌា) ភីអិលស៊ី ផ្ដល់ជូនបុគ្គលិកនូវអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ជាច្រើនដែលមានលក្ខណៈប្រកួតប្រជែងនៅលើទីផ្សារការងារដូចជា៖ ប្រាក់បៀវត្ស(អាចចចារបាន) ប្រាក់រង្វាន់ចូលឆ្នាំខ្មែរ ប្រាក់រង្វាន់ភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ ប្រាក់រង្វាន់ចុងឆ្នាំ ប្រាក់រង្វាន់លើកទឹកចិត្តប្រចាំខែសម្រាប់មន្ត្រីឥណទាន ប្រាក់មូលនិធិសន្សំការដំឡើងបៀវត្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ប្រាក់ឧបត្ថម្ភសុខភាព ការធានារ៉ាប់រងពេលមានគ្រោះថ្នាក់ ឱកាសទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងអភិវឌ្ឍអាជីពការងារ បរិយាកាសការងារល្អ និងការអនុវត្តលក្ខខណ្ឌការងារត្រឹមត្រូវតាមច្បាប់ការងារនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
បេក្ខជន/នារីដែលមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ សូមផ្ញើពាក្យសុំបម្រើការងារ (CV & Cover Letter) ជាមួយរូបថតថ្មី(4x6) និងបញ្ជាក់ពីមុខតំណែង និងទីតាំងដែលចង់បម្រើការងារឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់មកដាក់តាមបណ្តាការិយាល័យ អិលអូអិលស៊ី (ខេមបូឌា) ភីអិលស៊ី ដែលនៅជិតលោកអ្នក ឬអាចផ្ញើមកកាន់ អ៊ីមែល តាមអាសយដ្ឋានដូចបានផ្ដល់ជូន នៅក្នុងព័ត៌មានទំនាក់ទំនង។
ដោយអនុវត្តតាមការណែនាំដូចខាងក្រោម៖
- ចំណងជើងអ៊ីមែលត្រូវតែសរសេរ៖ Applying for (position title) (Ex: Apply for Credit Officer)
- CV & Cover Letter ត្រូវតែដាក់បញ្ចូលគ្នាតែមួយក្នុងទម្រង់ជា PDF ឬ Word ដោយទំហំមិនឱ្យលើស 5MB។
