- ជានិស្សិតឆ្នាំទី២ ដល់ទី៤ ដែលមានជំនាញផ្នែក គណនេយ្យ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា ទីផ្សារ និងផ្នែកច្បាប់
- អាចនិយាយភាសារអង់គ្លេស និងអាចប្រើប្រាស់កុំព្យូទ័របាន
- មានឆន្ទៈរៀនជំនាញថ្មីៗ មានភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងមានគំនិតបង្កើតថ្មី
- មានការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់។

បណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងធនាគារ។ អ្នកហាត់ការដែលមានសមត្ថភាពអាចមានឱកាសក្លាយជាបុគ្គលិកពេញសិទ្ធិ របស់អិលអូអិលស៊ី ភ្លាមៗដោយមិនចាំបាច់ប្រឡងម្ដងទៀតឡើយនៅពេលមានតម្រូវការ។
បេក្ខជន/នារីដែលមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ សូមផ្ញើពាក្យសុំបម្រើការងារ (CV & Cover Letter) ជាមួយរូបថតថ្មី(4x6) និងបញ្ជាក់ពីមុខតំណែង និងទីតាំងដែលចង់បម្រើការងារឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់មកដាក់តាមបណ្តាការិយាល័យ អិលអូអិលស៊ី (ខេមបូឌា) ភីអិលស៊ី ដែលនៅជិតលោកអ្នក ឬ អាចផ្ញើមកកាន់ អ៊ីមែលតាមរយៈអាសយដ្ឋានដូចបានផ្ដល់ជូន នៅក្នុងព័ត៌មានទំនាក់ទំនង។ សម្រាប់ព័ត៌មានបន្ថែមអំពី អិលអូអិលស៊ី សូមចូលទៅកាន់គេហទំព័ររបស់យើង ឬ ទំនាក់ទំនងតាមរយៈលេខទូរស័ព្ទដែលបានជម្រាបជូន។
