- បើកបររថយន្តជូនបុគ្គលិកសម្រាប់ប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់សាខា
- ថែទាំ និង ជួសជុលរថយន្តជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ ដើម្បីឲ្យប្រាកដថា ខ្លួនពិតជាបានត្រួតពិនិត្យមើលប្រេង ទឹក អាគុយ ហ្រ្វាំង កង់ ជាដើម។
- ធានាថារថយន្តត្រូវបានសម្អាត និងថែទាំបចេ្ចកទេសបានត្រឹមត្រូវ
- សហការជាបុគ្គលិកនៅផ្នែកផ្សេងៗទៀត ដើម្បីឲ្យធ្វើឲ្យមានទំនាក់ទំនងល្អក្នុងការងារ
- ជួយការងាររបស់អ្នកបើកបរដទៃទៀត ក្នុងករណីចំបាច់ និង បំពេញការងារផ្សេងៗ
- ការងារផ្សេងទៀតក្រោមការចាត់ចែងរបស់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រង។
- កម្រិតសិក្សាចាប់ពីថ្នាក់ទី១២ឡើងទៅ
- មានបទពិសោធន៍បើកបរយ៉ាងតិច ២ឆ្នាំ
- យល់ដឹងពីច្បាប់ចរាចរណ៍និងបទបញ្ជាផ្សេងៗនៃ ចរាចរណ៍ផ្លូវគោក និងចេះដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រមទាំងជួលជុលរថយន្តពេលដែលខូចរឺក៏មានបញ្ហានៅតាមផ្លូវ
- អាចទៅធ្វើការនៅតាមខេត្តតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន
- មានប័ណ្ណបើកបរត្រឹមត្រូវ និងមានសុពលភាព
- មានជំនាញក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនងល្អ មានភាពអត់ធ្មត់ ស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ ស្មោះត្រង់ និងឧស្សាហ៍ព្យាយាម។
