- រៀបចំពាក្យបណ្តឹងតុលាការទាំងរឿងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ និងរឿងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី។
- ពិនិត្យឯកសារ ពាក្យបណ្តឹង និងភស្តុតាង ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ និងអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់។
- ជាអ្នកតំណាងរបស់អិលអូអិលស៊ី ក្នុងសំណុំរឿងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី និងសំណុំរឿងព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ។
- សហការណ៍ជាមួយមេធាវីជាដៃគូ និងឬដៃគូច្បាប់ ដើម្បីពន្លឿននីតិវិធីតុលាការឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័ស និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
- ចូលរួមផ្សះផ្សារជាមួយកូនបំណុល។
- ចូលរួមដោះស្រាយបំណុលយឺតនៅក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ។
- រៀបចំឯកសារគតិយុត្តិផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីឱ្យសាខាប្រើប្រាស់។
- ផ្តល់ការប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកច្បាប់ដល់បុគ្គលិកពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីជម្រុញការដោះស្រាយបំណុលឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។
- ផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដល់បុគ្គលិក ពាក់ព័ន្ធអំពីផ្នែកច្បាប់ រួមទាំងការដាក់បណ្តឹងទៅតុលាការ និងបណ្តឹងនៅក្រៅតុលាការ។
- ធ្វើការងារផ្សេងៗទៀតតាមការចាត់តាំងរបស់ប្រធានផ្នែក/នាយកនាយកដ្ឋាន។
- Bachelor's Degree in ច្បាប់ ឬសញ្ញាប័ត្រច្បាប់ដែលបានប្រកាសថាមានតម្លៃសមមូល។
- ជាមេធាវីពេញសិទ្ធិ មានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី ដែលចេញដោយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាល វិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី និងមិនជាប់ទណ្ឌកម្មជាបទវិន័យ។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាជំនួយការចៅក្រម ឬជំនួយការរាជអាជ្ញាត្រូវបានលើកទឹកចិត្ត។
- មានបទពិសោធន៍ធ្វើការផ្នែកច្បាប់នៅធនាគារ ឬគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហរិញ្ញវត្ថុកាន់តែប្រសើរ។
- មានចំណេះដឹងអំពីគ្រឹះស្ថានមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធឥណទានដូចជា ច្បាប់ដីធ្លី ច្បាប់រដ្ឋប្បវេណីច្បាប់ព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ និងច្បាប់កិច្ចសន្យា។
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង ជំនាញចរចារ និងមានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម។
