- បង្កើត និងអភិវឌ្ឍយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រលក់នៃ LOLC Mobile, LOLC Merchant និងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅអាជីវកម្ម និងធានាបាននូវ ការបំពេញតម្រូវការរបស់អតិថិជន។
- យល់អំពីអតិថិជនសក្ដានុពល ទីផ្សារ និងតម្រូវការចាំបាច់ ក្នុងការចុះឈ្មោះប្រើប្រាស់ LOLC Mobile, LOLC Merchant និងដើម្បីបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងដ៏រឹងមាំដើម្បីបង្កើនផែនការសកម្មភាពចូលទីផ្សារថ្មី ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់។
- ចុះជួបអតិថិជនតាមទីផ្សារ និងបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលដើម្បីចុះឈ្មោះប្រើប្រាស់ LOLC Mobile, LOLC Merchant និងណែនាំ អំពីផលិតផលថ្មី របស់ អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- ត្រួតពិនិត្យមើលនូវស្ថានភាពទីផ្សារ ដើម្បីស្វែងរកអតិថិជនសក្តានុពល។
- រក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងល្អជាមួយ អតិថិជនដែលកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់ LOLC Mobile និង LOLC Merchant ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការចូលរួមជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ និងការប្រើប្រាស់សេវាកម្មឌីជីថល។
- គាំទ្រ RMs និង BMs ដើម្បីធានានូវផែនការ សម្រាប់ LOLC Mobile និង LOLC Merchant និងជំរុញសាខាដើម្បីប្រមូលផ្តុំអតិថិជន/ពាណិជ្ជករឱ្យ សម្រេចបានតាមគោលដៅ។
- អនុវត្តការផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងយុទ្ធនាការទីផ្សារលើសេវាទូទាត់ប្រាក់ និងផលិតផលឌីជីថល ដើម្បីបង្កើនការយល់ដឹងដល់សាធារណជន និងធ្វើឱ្យធនាគារចល័តស្ថិតនៅលើគំនិតរបស់អតិថិជន។
- ចូលរួមការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលយ៉ាងសកម្ម ដើម្បីកសាងសមត្ថភាព និងការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីធានាបាននូវកំណើននៃសេវាកម្មធនាគារចល័ត និងភាពជាដៃគូពាណិជ្ជករ។
- ប្រមូលមតិកែលម្អរបស់អតិថិជន និងពាណិជ្ជករ ដោយផ្តល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ដែលអាចអនុវត្តបានសម្រាប់ការកែលម្អ ដើម្បីធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងអតិថិជនពេញចិត្តកាន់តែខ្លាំង។
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍សរុបសង្ខេប ដែលបានទំនាក់ទំនងប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ប្រចាំខែ ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ហើយធៀបនិងផែនការជាក់ស្តែង និងស្វែងរកនូវចំណុចខ្សោយដែលកំពុងប្រឈម និងដំដោះស្រាយឱ្យទាន់ពេល។
- រក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអតិថិជន ប្រកបដោយភាពរួសរាយ រាក់ទាក់ ស្របតាមគោលការណ៍របស់អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- បំពេញការងារ ផ្សេងៗតាមការចាត់តាំងដោយគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងពីពេលមួយទៅពេលមួយ។
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in ហរិញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ការគ្រប់គ្រង ទីផ្សារ និងសញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ
- បទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកលក់ប្រាក់បញ្ញើ-សន្សំ និងផលិតផល និងសេវាឌីជីថលកាន់តែល្អ។
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង និងសរសេរភាសារអង់គ្លេសបានល្អ។
- ទំនាក់ទំនងភាសាអង់គ្លេសខ្លាំងទាំងការសរសេរ និងការនិយាយ។
- ចេះភាសាអង់គ្លេស និង Microsoft Office (Words Excel និង PowerPoint)។
- មានការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តខ្ពស់ និងមានភាពស្មោះត្រង់។
- ជាមនុស្សដែលមានលទ្ធផលការងារល្អ។
