- បង្កើត និងអភិវឌ្ឍយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រលក់នៃប្រាក់បញ្ញើ ATM Card LOLC Mobile និងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅអាជីវកម្ម និងធានាបាននូវការបំពេញតម្រូវការរបស់អតិថិជន។
- គាំទ្រគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងសាខាដើម្បីធានានូវផែនការប្រាក់បញ្ញើ ATM Card និងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសម្រេចបានតាម គោលដៅ។
- រៀបចំផែនការប្រមូលប្រាក់បញ្ញើ ATM Card និងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរៀងជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់ និងសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅរបស់អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- យល់អំពីអតិថិជនសក្ដានុពល ទីផ្សារ និងតម្រូវការចាំបាច់ ដើម្បីធ្វើផែនការសកម្មភាពចូលទីផ្សារថ្មី ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់។
- ចុះជួបអតិថិជនតាមទីផ្សារ និងបញ្ចុះបញ្ចូលដាក់ប្រាក់បញ្ញើ ប្រើប្រាស់កាតអេធីអឹម និងណែនាំ អំពីផលិតផលថ្មីរបស់ អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- រៀបចំរបាយការណ៍សរ៉ុបសង្ខេប ដែលបានទំនាក់ទំនងប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ប្រចាំខែ ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ហើយធៀបនិងផែនការជាក់ស្តែង និងស្វែងរកនូវចំណុចខ្សោយដែលកំពុងប្រឈម និងដំដោះស្រាយឱ្យទាន់ពេល។
- ត្រួតពិនិត្យមើលនូវស្ថានភាពធ្លាក់ចុះនៃការលក់ ប្រាក់បញ្ញើ និងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុផ្សេងៗទៀតដែលអាចកើតមានឡើង និងរកដំណោះស្រាយ។
- យល់ពីចំណុចខ្សោយនៃផលិតផលប្រាក់បញ្ញើ និងសេវាហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដើម្បីធ្វើការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងអតិថិជនពេញចិត្តកាន់តែខ្លាំង។
- រក្សាទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយអតិថិជន ប្រកបដោយភាពរួសរាយ រាក់ទាក់ ស្របតាមគោលការណ៍របស់អិលអូអិលស៊ី។
- English - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in ហរិញ្ញវត្ថុ និងធនាគារ ការគ្រប់គ្រង ទីផ្សារ និងសញ្ញាបត្រដែលមានតម្លៃស្មើ
- បទពិសោធន៍ផ្នែកលក់ប្រាក់បញ្ញើ-សន្សំ និងផលិតផល និងសេវាឌីជីថលកាន់តែល្អ។
- មានជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង និងសរសេរភាសារអង់គ្លេសបានល្អ។
- មានការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តខ្ពស់ និងមានភាពស្មោះត្រង់។
- ជាមនុស្សដែលមានលទ្ធផលការងារល្អ។
