To support the rapid growth of our operations, LOLC is recruiting the following position:
- Review and analyze corporate loan applications and prepare credit recommendations.
- Evaluate clients’ financial condition, including P&L, cash flow, repayment capacity, and credit history.
- Conduct due diligence and assess business models, industry position, and risk factors.
- Structure appropriate credit facilities based on client needs and risk profile.
- Ensure all credit proposals comply with internal policies and approval authorities.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, including early warning signals and delinquent accounts.
- Conduct periodic and annual reviews to ensure compliance with corporate loan terms and covenants.
- Develop and improve corporate loan products, policies, procedures, and credit guidelines.
- Ensure policies align with regulatory requirements and market practices.
- Acquire new corporate clients and achieve corporate loan disbursement targets.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate customers.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Work closely with business, risk, and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulators.
- Prepare reports, credit proposals, and portfolio analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and all regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- English - Good
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in corporate/commercial lending or credit underwriting for 3 to 5 years as a minimum
- Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, AML/KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of market conditions, macroeconomics, and portfolio management.
- Solid knowledge of risk, macroeconomics, trading, and portfolio theory.
- Good technical knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, others)
- Acceptable knowledge in English communication.
- Strong commitment to work and able to manage multi tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discipline, and commitment.
