Job Description
We are now looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the positions below:
- Sales Staff
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Proactively identify and engage with potential and existing Chinese-speaking customers through various channels (e.g., calls, emails, meetings).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients, understanding their specific requirements and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate company products or services clearly and persuasively to Chinese-speaking audiences.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations and proposals in Mandarin and/or English as required.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up in the CRM system.
- Assist in market research focused on the Chinese-speaking market segment in Cambodia.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and progress with Chinese-speaking clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 1+ year) in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within Cambodia.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across cultures.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
