Job Description

We are selling motorcycle, heavy machinery, and automotive lubricants. We are looking for a dynamic talent to join this journey as the below position:

  • National Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators and commercial vehicle accounts.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch lubricant products tailored to fleet needs, and close high-volume sales.
  • Technical Consulting: Provide guidance on the proper selection and application of lubricants for different vehicle types and operating conditions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Create and negotiate long-term supply agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • After-Sales Support: Coordinate with technical teams to support product performance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor offerings, fleet industry trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, forecast demand, and report to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Sales experience of at least 6 years up in trading company
  • Candidate with relevant sales experience may also apply
  • Experience in handling large scale brands independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to take people along and drive results from cross functional project teams
  • Ability to be nimble-footed and work in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to take up project leadership responsibilities
  • Consumers, Customers & Stakeholders - Ability to understand and capture business needs by being connected to our stakeholders, consumers, customers, suppliers, competitors, communities
  • Sales Strategy & Plan - Ability to create and share a vision, build a successful sales plan, consistent with strategic goals
  • People & Teams - Ability to manage individuals & teams in a changing and complex environment, lead organizational changes
  • Process & Project - Ability to put fundamentals under control through process and tools
  • Performance - Ability to deliver a sustainable performance and seek excellence in execution : being the fastest, at the highest quality standards, at the lowest costs, in a sustainable way
