We are selling motorcycle, heavy machinery, and automotive lubricants. We are looking for a dynamic talent to join this journey as the below position:
- National Sales Manager
- Client Management: Develop and maintain relationships with fleet operators and commercial vehicle accounts.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch lubricant products tailored to fleet needs, and close high-volume sales.
- Technical Consulting: Provide guidance on the proper selection and application of lubricants for different vehicle types and operating conditions.
- Contract Negotiation: Create and negotiate long-term supply agreements, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- After-Sales Support: Coordinate with technical teams to support product performance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor offerings, fleet industry trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, forecast demand, and report to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Sales experience of at least 6 years up in trading company
- Candidate with relevant sales experience may also apply
- Experience in handling large scale brands independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to take people along and drive results from cross functional project teams
- Ability to be nimble-footed and work in a dynamic environment
- Ability to take up project leadership responsibilities
