Job Description
We are selling motorcycle, heavy machinery, and automotive lubricants. We are looking for a dynamic talent to join this journey as the below position:
- Fleet Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Recruit new customer, Oversee on their target & performance
- Push and focus on customers inactive to active
- Visit existing Customer and push customer to increase Volume
- Branding and promote area by visualize marketing material and social media (POSM Deployment)
- Provided product training to customer & solving the problem
- Spread out all company information or promotion to customer, make sure all thing is matching with timeline
- Strong commitment and good relationship with team and cross department
- Coaching subordinate by example
- Do report, prepare data for Weekly & Monthly meeting
- Other tasks assigned by Sup/SM
Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of automotive lubricants, applications, and performance standards (API, ACEA, OEM specs).
- Proven experience in B2B/industrial sales, ideally in the lubricant or automotive aftermarket.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Understanding of fleet operations and maintenance needs.
- Ability to take people along and drive results from cross functional project teams
- Ability to take up project leadership responsibilities
- Ability to manage individuals & teams in a changing and complex environment, lead organizational changes
- Ability to deliver a sustainable performance and seek excellence in execution: being the fastest, at the highest quality standards, at the lowest costs, in a sustainable way
